I took the current percentages of voters from each county that either voted to Approve or Reject Ref. 71 and mulitiplied by the estimated remaining ballots from each county.

Estimated Remaining Ballots: 389,665
Estimated Final Approve Voters: 717,246 – 51.52%
Estimated Final Reject Voters: 675,018 – 48.48%

It’s going to be very close. We will have a much better projection later today when 20 counties count more ballots and report between 3pm and 7pm.
