I’ve been a sucker for a swords & sandals movie since I was about 12 years old – this TV show fits the bill perfectly. I will warn you, it’s VERY bloody and the violence is WAYYYYY enhanced with CGI. But, the stories are actually pretty good, and well, just look at the cast. Where else are you going to see Lucy Lawless and John Hannah on the same screen? And, of course, dozens of obscenely beautiful extras who have a lot of naked time on screen.
